   Aggregated comparisons across time, teams and sites.

   Data integration and model validation

   Controlled connection of hospital information systems, PDMS/AIMS and devices, with documented testing and validation for data-driven models.

3. Phase 3

   AI-assisted decision support

   A perioperative copilot for clinical teams, released model by model. Decisions stay with clinicians.

Principles

Vendor-neutral

Existing hospital information systems, PDMS/AIMS and devices are connected through standards such as HL7 FHIR, not replaced.

Data stays in the hospital

It runs on the hospital's own IT infrastructure. Primary data does not leave the building.

Teams, not individuals

Analysis is by team and organisation. Individual staff are never rated.

Clinicians decide

ORMetIq supports clinical decisions. It does not make them.
